WorkLive is a platform designed for professional development. You agree to use it ethically and responsibly. You may not use the platform to:

• Post illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or third-party rights-infringing content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are the sole owner and responsible for all the information you add to your WorkLive profile. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and translate (upon your request) your content for the sole purpose of providing you with the service. We claim no ownership over your data.

3. Service availability

WorkLive is provided "as is" and "as available." Our goal is to offer a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

As a 100% free platform, our support is provided on a best-effort basis.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, WorkLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

5. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you seriously violate these terms of use.

6. Modification of terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. If we make a material change, we will do our best to notify you.
