At WorkLive, your privacy is our top priority. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect from our users, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

• Information you provide directly: when you register, create your profile, or contact us, we collect data such as your name, email address, password (always encrypted), and your preferred language. All the information you add to your profile sections (experience, education, etc.) is stored on INFOMANIAK's servers in Switzerland.
• Usage information: we collect anonymous data about how you interact with our platform, such as visits to your public profile, to provide you with useful statistics in your intelligence dashboard. We do not track your activity outside of WorkLive.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the service: to create and manage your account, host your professional profile, and allow you to share it.
• To personalize your experience: to display the platform in your preferred language.
• To communicate with you: to send you important notifications about your account, such as password reset requests.
• To improve our platform: to understand how our services are used so we can develop new tools to help you in your career.

WorkLive is a 100% free platform, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How we share your information

You are in complete control. The only way your profile information is shared is when you actively decide to share your unique profile link or QR code with a recruiter, a company, or anyone else.

4. Your rights over your data (GDPR, etc.)

We respect your rights over your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right of access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: you can edit and correct your profile information at any time from your dashboard.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you can delete your account and all associated information at any time. Doing so will permanently erase your data from our systems.
• Right to data portability: we provide you with the tools to view and manage all your information.

5. Data security

We take the security of your data very seriously. We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, such as password encryption and secure connections (HTTPS), to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
