The software, design, texts (excluding user-generated content), and the "WorkLive" brand are the property of the person responsible for this platform and are protected by intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Any dispute related to the use of WorkLive shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Bern.
