About the Role. We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. In this role, you will go out on the streets and engage directly with the public in high-footfall locations to represent well-known charities and recruit monthly donors. Everyone starts on the street, where you will learn the fundamentals of sales, communication, and performance. Key Responsibilities. Approach and engage members of the public in a professional and friendly manner. Clearly communicate the mission and impact of the charity you represent. Actively recruit new monthly donors through face-to-face conversations. Meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in a performance-driven environment. Accurately complete sign-ups and handle donor information responsibly. What We’re Looking For. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in approaching and speaking to new people. Target-driven and motivated by results. Resilient, energetic, and positive mindset. Willingness to start in a street-based role and learn sales from the ground up. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
