Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude. Present menus and explain dishes and allergens. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally. Maintain clean and organised tables and service areas. Process payments (cash & card). Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Fluent English and Spanish required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and team-player mentality. Ability to work under pressure in busy service periods. Professional appearance. Flexible availability (evenings and weekends). Valid right to work in Spain. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean wines. Experience using POS systems.
