In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing employee lifecycle processes — everything from onboarding new hires to coordinating offboarding processes. You’ll bring strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for creating a seamless employee experience. This is a full time role based in our San Francisco Hub. What you’ll do at Figma: Manage US onboarding and offboarding processes including HR system workflows, background checks, I9 checks, and communications Assist with bi-weekly in person onboarding in our SF hub by welcoming new hires and managing logistics Serv
