Your opportunity We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to own the other end of that loop: the dashboards and web surfaces where the model’s output becomes a decision someone actually makes. These are dense operational screens where retail and logistics teams plan work, spot exceptions, and measure results, and you’d own them outright. It’s a design problem with teeth: the model is fast, usually right, and sometimes wrong, and someone has to act on it before the shift ends. These surfaces were previously run by an external design partner, so instead of inheriting someone else’s patterns, you’d be rebuilding the interaction model for how operators trust, override, and act on what the system tells them.
