P-301 As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our in person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. As one of the primary points of contact for candidates visiting our offices, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience. The impact you will have: In person in one of our hubs: San Francisco or Mountain View office, 5 days a week Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders Manage physical logistics and in person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements a
