Summary of Position: The Production Director at NVE Experience Agency provides strategic and operational leadership across complex client programs, driving project delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence. This role leads production strategy and execution for key client relationships, including multi-million-dollar retainer programs and integrated event roadmaps spanning large-scale tentpole experiences and scalable, multi-market field marketing initiatives. Working closely with agency leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director aligns resources and budgets, elevates production standards, and develops high-performing teams.
