Role Summary The Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience is a key member of the Sales Enablement organization responsible for turning business needs, subject-matter expertise, and enablement strategy into high-impact learning experiences. This is not a traditional instructional design role. This person will serve as a shared learning-experience resource across Enablement, partnering with Global Programs, Field Readiness, and other members of the team to architect and build scalable learning solutions.
