About the Role Dandy is hiring an Operations Manager to design, scale, and optimize the systems that power our manufacturing network. This role sits on our central Strategy Operations team and is focused on ensuring every order ships on time by building scalable solutions that optimize labor, equipment, and system orchestration. You’ll be responsible for creating the infrastructure to assign 100% of labor, achieve 100% OEE visibility on the floor, ensure 100% of orders and labor are scheduled through our system, and enable 24/7 machine utilization through demand smoothing strategies.
