The Learning Technology Specialist plays a vital role within the People Technology team by managing and supporting Datadog’s learning ecosystem. This role ensures platform stability, optimizes LMS operations, and delivers technical solutions that empower Datadog employees and partners to scale their learning and growth. What You’ll Do: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex LMS and learning technology issues, investigating root causes, coordinating resolutions, and documenting outcomes. Maintain the vendor issue log and coordinate incidents across multiple internal and external stakeholders by gathering technical evidence, submitting clear issue reports, tracking progress, testing fixes, and communicating updates. Participate in platform upgrades, release testing, and continuous-improvement initiatives, creating and maintaining related process and technical documentation, testing plans, release notes, and knowledge resources.
