About this Role In this role, you will be supporting the accounting team of a global company. You will play a significant role in maintaining the financial books and records and managing the accounting operations for vendors and suppliers. You will be preparing journal entries, drafting schedules, and completing reconciliations. You will contribute to ensuring that the business unit’s accounting operations are functioning smoothly. You Will... Manage the supplier bills process and ensure timely supplier payments Complete bank reconciliations for various foreign bank accounts Perform complex reconciliations of payment processor fees from multiple payment processors, including the management of those accounts Review and enter vendor bills Be responsible for inventory purchase accounting, reconciliations, and routine ledger entries Prepare journal entry documentation, book routine accruals and adjustment entries, and perform month-end account reconciliations.
