TRM is hiring a VP of Global Growth to lead our next stage of expansion, building a global growth organization that delivers repeatable, scalable, and efficient growth. You will own global pipeline generation across the company and the customer journey from initial awareness through to a sales-accepted opportunity. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, be a key member of our Growth Leadership Team, and lead teams across growth strategy, digital and lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations and analytics. You will establish attribution, experimentation, and funnel visibility to understand what’s working, address what isn’t, and guide TRM on where to invest to drive growth. The impact you will have:

You will own the pipeline generation plan. Translate revenue targets into pipeline requirements by market, region, offering, and customer type. Account for conversion rates and sales cycles, agree contributions with other revenue leaders, and own the consolidated plan and response to gaps. Find and attack the bottlenecks.
