Joining Collibra's People Solutions team This is a fixed-term contract role running through January 2028, covering a colleague's leave of absence, and you'll be stepping into meaningful ownership from day one You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Solutions, and own day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules for our global workforce Values in action: We are One Collibra this role exists because our team steps up for each other, and you'll be trusted with real ownership while a teammate is out This is a fully remote role. You'll work from home, with the flexibility that comes with a remote setup while staying closely connected to the team. Senior People Technology Analysts at Collibra are responsible for Building and maintaining Workato-based automations, and prototyping agentic workflows using tools like Claude, that connect Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems Owning day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules: Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits Managing the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration to keep data
