We're looking for a Chief of Staff to the CMO to provide business leadership and establish operational rigor for the Databricks Marketing organization and support our mission to be the leading enterprise Data + AI company. You will develop an understanding of strategic and operational challenges faced by teams and define appropriate solutions to address such challenges. As a member of the leadership team, directly reporting to the CMO, you will extend the reach of the CMO by acting as a strategic advisor to the Marketing leadership team and managing all the critical business operations of the CMO office, including: AI transformation investment stewardship annual strategic planning company priority initiatives marketing priorities cross-functional initiatives executive presentations marketing performance (ROI) management organizational strategy internal marketing communication The impact you will have: Translate Databricks' company strategy into Marketing annual plans, OKRs, and strategic initiatives Drive marketing alignment and execution by driving company priority and marketing priority initiatives across a 250-person Marketing team Identify and lead cross-functional process impr
