About the Role We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and improve the systems and workflows that support the purchasing lifecycle. You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests. You will also help improve Zip and related systems by identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational judgment, a systems mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of requests in an evolving environment. What You’ll Do Manage vendor onboarding requests from submission through completion. Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation. Coordinate reviews, approvals, and follow-ups with Privacy, GRC, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, and other teams. Help vendors and employees understand requirements, complete outstanding tasks, and resolve system issues.
