Recruiting Coordinators ensure seamless interview experiences at Datadog. This is a hands-on, delivery-first role where you'll actively manage your own scheduling requests while mastering our core tools and building strong recruiter/stakeholder partnerships. You’ll focus on high-volume scheduling and hiring workflows. This is the foundational individual contributor (IC) role focused on operational execution and scheduling delivery. It serves as the starting point for the people and recruiting career path, emphasizing mastering core tools and navigating the high-volume environment before expanding into broader team-wide initiatives.
