Lead, and continue to build, a high-performing event technology team and the systems that make Databricks Corporate Events reliable, secure, and scalable. This role stewards and evolves the event technology ecosystem across flagship conferences, global series, executive programs, and field events, with the Digital Tools Lead and broader team driving functional ownership. You will set direction, strengthen leadership capacity, remove barriers, and use data and responsible AI to improve attendee experience and operating efficiency. The impact you will have Sustain and strengthen a high-performing event technology organization with clear structure, career paths, leadership capacity, and staffing plans aligned to a growing global event portfolio; success is measured through team retention, development progress, leadership depth, and delivery capacity.
