This role owns customer marketing programs from strategy through execution, delivering trusted customer experiences and measurable impact across content, events, and advocacy. Identify and develop customer stories that support Databricks priorities, translating technical use cases into compelling narratives with clear business outcomes. Build with strategic customers. Build relationships with customers and account teams to uncover opportunities for case studies, videos, speaking engagements, and other advocacy activities with our most strategic customers in the Americas.
