We are building a new way to build software: agents doing the grunt work of writing, testing, reviewing and merging code, with engineers moving into a control-tower role to monitor and intervene. Your mission: build the tooling and workflows that let AI agents and the engineers who work alongside them test, review, ship and monitor code reliably, so Doctolib can multiply its engineering output while keeping quality and control. We're looking for a Director of Developer Experience to lead our new AI Developer Experience team, reporting to the VP Platform Engineering. You will also own the existing CI and Developer Experience scope. Doctolib is moving AI adoption from a temporary SWAT team to a permanent capability. The current team includes two Product Managers and two engineers, with more people joining through internal transfers and hiring.
