Responsibilities: Build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects Build a client portal giving clients visibility into estimates, revision requests, and project status without relying on email Build an internal dashboard for owners to monitor team productivity and project management standards Design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace spreadsheet-based processes Develop desktop and mobile-friendly experiences for field staff connectivity (responsive web first, with native mobile via React Native as the product matures) Own syst
