We're looking for a Payroll Program Manager to help scale Figma's global payroll operations and lead complex payroll initiatives across AMER and EMEA, with support for APAC initiatives as needed. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines deep payroll expertise with program management, operational execution, and cross-functional partnership. You'll drive delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation, including vendor implementations, new-country launches, process improvements, systems integrations, automation, and other initiatives that span Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and external partners.
