Requisitos

Manage and grow a team of 2-3 analysts: organise workload, set priorities, and keep a healthy pace using agile ways of working (sprints, backlog, clear intake) Coach analysts to grow technically and professionally; hold them accountable for quality and impact, not just output Coordinate and align with stakeholders, both global and local, ensuring the team's work lands where it matters most Coach and upskill the team to work AI-first; using AI to query, code, and analyse faster and more consistently Set the foundations for this to scale: shared libraries, reusable code,
