Working Student – IT Asset & Stock Management (x/f/m) – Berlin Join our mission, join Doctolib! Doctolib is looking for you as a Working Student in IT Asset & Stock Management to support our IT team at our office in Berlin. To give the best experience to Doctolibers and support Doctolib’s growth, you will help manage our IT stock and asset base, including laptops, smartphones and accessories. Reporting to the IT team, you will own the reliability of our hardware inventory and contribute to day-to-day on-site support in an international environment across Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. What you’ll do As a Working Student, you will support us in the following areas: IT stock and asset management — approximately 70% Manage the site’s IT stock, including receiving, checking, labelling and storing laptops, smartphones and accessories Keep the inventory up to date in our asset management tool and ensure the accuracy of serial numbers, assignments and statuses Follow the full equipment lifecycle, including assignment, return, loan, vendor repair, refurbishment and recycling Run periodic physical inventories and consistency checks between physical stock and the asset managemen
