Expert SQL & Comfortable with Unstructured Complex Data: Extracts accurate insights from raw, unstructured data without relying on clean models Reporting Ownership & Data Literacy: Builds, standardizes, drives adoption, and leaves teams more data-literate Performance Marketing Optimization: Connects data directly to levers that move the business, i.e. campaign performance, conversion rates, or revenue per session Advanced LookML Development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau)
