About the Role We’re looking for a part-time Electrician Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching. This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position. It’s a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for experienced electricians who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the trade — with upside if students choose to work with you.
