The Role We Need: PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, Host Growth to lead and scale paid acquisition for Host Growth (the people who own the PadSplits). This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by owning both the strategy and execution of campaigns across multiple paid channels. You will be responsible for optimizing performance at scale, allocating budget effectively, and building a structured experimentation roadmap that continuously improves results. As a senior, strategically-minded individual contributor, you'll have a high degree of ownership over host acquisition performance—expanding our reach, lowering acquisition costs, and unlocking new growth opportunities that directly support our mission to help solve the affordable housing crisis.
