About the team The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and leading transformational programs across Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development. We create the processes and conditions that enable high performance across teams and help Stripe scale with focus and discipline. We partner closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Development leadership team to define strategy, lead operational planning, and steward execution across global programs.
