About the Role As a Service Delivery Manager, you play an important role in advancing the mission of Astronomer’s Professional Services team, helping accelerate and de-risk customer outcomes by ensuring delivery engagements run smoothly and remain focused on meaningful progress. You will bring structure and momentum to customer engagements by developing project plans, coordinating technical resources, and maintaining alignment across customers, delivery teams, and account stakeholders.
