By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We're seeking a Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director to shape and drive key commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Innovations & Partnerships, you'll partner closely with CPH leadership, owning a portfolio of high-impact initiatives and external partnerships. This role is a senior individual contributor who is a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused operator who can move fluidly between the details of execution and the strategic context, bringing forward recommendations and insights that shape leadership decisions. You'll lead cross-functional programs, keep priorities on track, align stakeholders, manage external relationships, and deliver the insights and materials needed to support strategic decisions and accelerate Counterpart Health's growth and execution capabilitie
