We need a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes organic content strategy, knows every algorithm update the day it drops, and can build repeatable, creator-specific playbooks that actually move the needle on social media growth and monetary growth for our top talent. What You'll Do Strategy & Research Develop bespoke social strategies for top-tier Playbook talent Research viral trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features across Instagram and TikTok Track and analyze performance of our top talent weekly Run weekly viral content analysis and distribute insights to the team Publish a recurring newsletter on social trends relevant to our creator verticals May do community calls / webinars Feedback and support for paid ad creative Support with curriculum and creator training Creator Playbooks Build launch marketing kits: do-exactly-this templates, post formats, captions, timing — no guesswork Build challenge marketing kits in the same format Break down posting perfection for each key vertical: Fitness, Yoga, CrossFit, Moms & Dads, etc. Develop mastery of what to post for lead generation
