Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for a Corporate Development Lead to join the Corporate Development team in Paris. As a Corporate Development Lead, your mission will be to drive Doctolib's strategy by owning M&A and Investor Relations processes end-to-end: from origination and due diligence through valuation, execution, and strategic recommendations. You will be a key member of a lean, high-impact team sitting at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, and Investor Relations. This role offers something rare: direct and early access to Doctolib's top leadership and decision-making. You will be exposed to strategic information and decisions, contribute to deals that shape the company's trajectory, and build deep corporate finance expertise that few roles in the market can offer. As Doctolib's M&A activity grows (both in volume and deal size), the scope and significance of your work will grow with it.
