AssetWatch is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support our growing Order-to-Cash operations. This is individual contributor role focused on complex account resolution, customer follow-through, and timely cash collection. The successful candidate will investigate and resolve difficult AR issues, manage a portfolio of customer accounts, and partner across teams to remove payment barriers. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, urgency, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
