Summary The Senior Clinical Applications Associate provides technical and operational support for Epic applications supporting patient engagement, access, and digital front door capabilities at Baylor College of Medicine. This role partners with Access leadership and operational stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic functionality that improves patient communication, scheduling access, and engagement outcomes. The position focuses on development and support of engagement platforms such as Hello World and Campaigns, with an emphasis on enhancing patient acquisition, retention, and digital adoption across clinical, access, and revenue cycle workflows. The Senior Clinical Applications Associate will work primarily with the Epic Cadence, MyChart and Ambulatory applications. This role is cross-functional to support Patient Engagement.
