Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and e-invoicing mandates — now active or imminent in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, and across Latin America — require businesses to transmit structured invoice data through certified government networks in real time. For Stripe's global user base, compliant e-invoicing is rapidly becoming a prerequisite for conducting commerce, not a nice-to-have. We're building the e-invoicing infrastructure that makes this invisible for Stripe users.
