Requisitos

Ability to drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes. Ability to apply optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded. Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities. Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision.
