In this role, you'll help shape how we leverage people technology by building scalable solutions, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring Workday continues to be a strong foundation for our people processes. Requisitos

Success in this role requires deep Workday expertise, experience managing delivery across internal teams and external implementation partners, and the ability to establish effective processes for project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and resource management. We're looking for a leader who understands how Workday connects to the broader People Technology ecosystem and is excited to evolve our systems, processes, and team as our organization grows.
