Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Scheduling team in Berlin. Your mission will be to give practitioners their day back: reclaiming the admin time they spend creating and managing appointments, so care teams can focus on what matters. You will work in a feature team developing scheduling infrastructure and booking experiences, contributing directly to a platform that books billions of appointments a year for health professionals and patients across Europe. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a team of 6 to 7 engineers of mixed seniority, owning delivery, quality and production health end to end — keeping engagement high and standards higher Together with your product partner, define the mission and vision for your team and build a roadmap you can defend to stakeholders Take part in architecture reviews and help shape the technical direction of the Scheduling stream, including the migration of core scheduling capabilities from the monolith into purpose-built
