Behind the scenes, our Stock Administration team makes sure every equity award — from a new hire's first grant to a multi-year vesting RSU release — is handled accurately, compliantly, and with care. We're looking for an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to join our team supporting the day-to-day administration of Discord's global equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, RSU releases, and special projects. On any given day, you might be supporting the administration of equity grants, walking an employee through their vesting schedule, or partnering with our auditors to test a SOX control.
