The Role As a Solution Lead at Summation, you will own customer outcomes from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion. You will develop a deep understanding of how a customer makes consequential financial and operational decisions, turn that understanding into a concrete implementation plan and new operating workflow, and lead the customer and Summation team through delivery.
