What you'll do We are looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in React Native to join our Patient domain at Doctolib. As a Mobile Staff Engineer, your mission will be to work on transforming the Doctolib mobile app into a full health companion powered by AI to help people lead healthier lives. You will play a key role in improving the quality, UX, and depth of our mobile application while contributing significantly to the technical foundations of mobile development for the team. Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain Drive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and best practices Contribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform Mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions Lead by example in

Strong expertise in React Native. Ability to establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards.
