In this highly strategic role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to define and deliver searches for some of our most critical hires across the business, spanning Director, VP, and C-suite roles. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the search process - from shaping the role and talent strategy through offer and close. You'll bring a strong point of view on the executive talent market, leading talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions.
