Set a new pulse for healthcare! We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the AI Lab team at Doctolib. This is an opportunity to become the person who makes a new European clinical AI research lab work, from the inside, at an early stage. The AI Lab is tackling long-horizon, high-stakes questions at the intersection of clinical AI, patient modelling, causal inference, calibration, privacy, and real-world evaluation, with access to one of Europe's largest longitudinal EHR datasets. You will be the operational backbone of a rapidly growing lab, combining research scientists, data scientists, research engineers, PhD students, and research affiliates. Your role is to build and manage the processes, interfaces, and infrastructure that let researchers focus on research, within a product company operating at European scale, with real patients and clinicians on the other side of every decision.
