As a Field Engineering Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across Eastern Europe. Positioned at the intersection of complex cloud architecture and enterprise business value, you will serve as a pivotal technical leader driving Databricks’ market expansion and customer acceleration across the EE region. In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to technical sales cycles, build strategic C-level alignment, and establish a repeatable technical motion. You will balance strategic regional planning with hands-on technical guidance helping your team architect modern Data & AI solutions while maintaining a bar-raising, inclusive engineering culture.
