You: As a Senior Value Realization Specialist at Feedzai, you will support the successful delivery and ongoing value realization of a portfolio of customer accounts. Working closely with senior Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Sales Managers, Support, and Product teams, you will help ensure customers receive a consistent, professional, and value-driven experience throughout their lifecycle. You will support the delivery team by coordinating customer activities, tracking actions, and maintaining reports and delivery documentation.
