The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people in multiple technical and business areas. Our Recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers who have strategic relationships with the leadership team. As an Emerging Talent Recruiting Coordinator, you have a high-impact role with significant visibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in Datadog's future as you support hiring efforts for technical intern and early career positions. What You’ll Do: Organize all facets of a candidate’s interview process: scheduling interviews, managing communication workflows, sending offer letters and managing onboarding tasks at a high volume during peak recruiting season Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the intern program, including travel, onboarding, recruiter meetings, manager feedback, and conversion offers Manage job opening and job posts in our applicant tracking
