At Shape Construction, we are building software that transforms how construction projects are delivered. It's born out of real project experience and designed to bring clarity, structure and performance to complex environments. The problem we are solving is one of the oldest in the industry: what actually happens on a construction site never makes it, intact, to the people who need it. Supervisors, field engineers and site managers see reality first: work blocked, plans deviated from, instructions given verbally, conditions nobody planned for. That knowledge lives in heads, notebooks, camera rolls and group chats. Meanwhile the people responsible for the commercial health of the project are working weeks behind, from whatever fragments they can piece together.
