We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to support operations and finance across our restaurant group. Responsibilities 1. Operational Support Supporting management in the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, monitoring task completion, ensuring service standards are met, and ensuring smooth and stable operational processes. 2. Finance & Reporting Managing invoices and supplier relations (receiving, reconciliation, payment control), updating cost of goods sold (COGS) and monitoring food cost, managing cash flow and performing bank reconciliations, and preparing weekly and monthly reports including P&L. 3. Administration & Coordination Managing document flow and maintaining accurate data in the Holded ERP system, archiving documentation, office administration, and liaising with the accounting team. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator, project manager, or business assistant in the restaurant industry or HoReCa sector. - Proficiency in Spanish and English. - Experience with documentation and accounting systems (ERP/CRM — Holded experience is a plus), strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy whe
