You are someone who loves working with dough, understands the rhythm of a bakery, and takes pride in creating fresh, high-quality baked goods every day.. . Essential Skills. - Experience in artisan baking or bakery production. - Ability to work with loafs, cakes, and desserts.. - Understanding of consistency, timing, and production flow. - Attention to detail and pride in presentation. - Ability to work early shifts and manage prep independently. - Passion for high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship. - Team player with a positive and reliable attitude. . What You’ll Do:. - Prepare fresh baked goods daily for café service. - Work with a variety of doughs including bread, pastries, and sweet items. - Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organised bakery workspace. - Collaborate with the café team on seasonal specials and menu development. - Help create signature QAWA baked goods that reflect our identity

Requisitos

Se requiere experiencia en panadería artesanal o producción de panadería. Capacidad para trabajar con panes, pasteles y postres. Comprensión de la consistencia, el tiempo y el flujo de producción. Atención al detalle y orgullo en la presentación. Capacidad para trabajar en turnos tempranos y gestionar la preparación de forma independiente. Pasión por ingredientes de alta calidad y artesanía. Jugador de equipo con una actitud positiva y confiable.
